Location

Shangri-La Hotel, Tokyo is a five-star luxury hotel located across 13 floors of the Marunouchi Trust Tower Main in Marunouchi neighbourhood, directly above Tokyo Train Station. The Imperial Palace and Ginza shopping district are both within 10-minutes’ walk of the hotel.

Design

The hotel is the first in the world to feature the designs of Bergmann, the acclaimed Danish florist, in all areas of the hotel.

Accommodation

Shangri-La has 200 spacious rooms (from 50sqm to 68sqm) and suites (120sqm to 269sqm). Horizon Club rooms offer an enhanced level of service, comfort and convenience. The rooms face either Tokyo Bay and Tokyo Sky Tree Tower, or the city and Tokyo Imperial Palace. The Horizon Club floor rooms include a personal concierge service and access to the Horizon Club Lounge.

Dining

Shangri-La Hotel has two excellent restaurants, namely, Piacere which offers an Italian menu and views over the Imperial Gardens; and Nadaman, serving Japanese cuisine and considered one of the most sophisticated restaurants in Tokyo. The Lobby Lounge is located on the 28th floor and offers Asian specialities, continental breakfasts, snacks, coffees and afternoon tea sets.

Spa

CHI, The Spa at Shangri-La, offers signature spa treatments including some uniquely tailored to Japan such as the Kisetsu Ritual and Samurai Treatment.

Meet & Greet Service

The hotel currently offers a unique "Meet & Greet" service whereby special staff escort guests to and from Tokyo Station’s platforms.

Getting There

The Shangri-La is 90 minutes by private car or Limousine Bus Service from Narita International Airport (NRT) (60km from the center) or 1hr by Express Train from Tokyo Station. Haneda Domestic Airport (HND) is 30 minutes by Express Train and 50 minutes by taxi.
