Location

Located on floors 28 to 37 in a high-rise building in the Shiodome area, Conrad is the quintessence of a modern luxury Tokyo hotel. Shiodome, located just south of downtown Tokyo and the Ginza district, is a futuristic area of skyscrapers and elevated pedestrian walkways. Shiodome Subway Station is just next to the hotel, while Hamarikyu Garden and JR Shinbashi Train Station are both within 5-minutes’ walk. The hotel is also a 10-minute walk from the very popular Tsukiji Fish Market, one of Tokyo’s top tourist attraction.

Accommodation

The Conrad has 290 guest rooms and suites which are among the largest in Tokyo. The rooms feature contemporary design and offer panoramic views of Hamarikyu Gardens and Tokyo Bay (Garden Rooms) or the city skyline of Tokyo (City Rooms) and have floor-to-ceiling windows. The entry level City Rooms offer 48 sqm of space, City Suites offer between 72 and 83 sqm with views of the skyscrapers of Ginza and Shiodome, while Deluxe Suites provide between 110 and 140 sqm of space and offer views over the Royal Hamarikyu Garden and Tokyo Bay. The rooms have state-of-the-art bathrooms with large glass windows looking out onto the rest of the room. The hotel’s reception is located on the 28th-floor, offering excellent views of Tokyo Bay.

Dining

There is a range of excellent restaurants at Conrad Tokyo, including, Twenty Eight Bar & Lounge, a stylish bar; Gordon Ramsay at Conrad Tokyo Experience; and two Michelin-starred venues, namely, China Blue, featuring Chinese dishes with an international twist, and Kazahana offering Royal Japanese cuisine.

Leisure

Mizuki Spa is located on the 29th floor and has excellent city views. There is a fully equipped fitness centre and an indoor pool.

Getting There

The Conrad is 80-90 minutes by car or Narita Express coach from Narita International Airport (NRT) (60km from the center). Haneda Domestic Airport (HND) is 50 minutes by car.
