The Ritz Carlton Almaty is just minutes from the centre of Almaty and just 30 minutes by car from one of Kazakhstan's leading ski resorts. It occupies the top floors of the 37 floor Sentai Tower, which itself houses an extensive shopping centre.

The Six Senses Spa Offers a wide range of massages, facials, beauty treatments, scrubs, wraps, manicures and pedicures. There are many shopping centres in the area, with Esentai Mall, Mega Mall, Dostyk Plaza and Green Bazar Market all less than 15 minutes from the hotel.
