Location

Taj Dubai is in a prime position in downtown Dubai, just across from the Burj Khalifa building and the Dubai Mall. A number of corporate offices are located close to the hotel, including the regional HSBC headquarters. The hotel overlooks Dubai Creek and Business Bay, while the highest fountain in the world is visible from rooms facing the beautiful Burj Khalifa Lake.

Accommodation

Guest rooms are elegantly decorated with neutral colours, and offer between 45 and 58sqm of living space. Taj Club rooms focus on privacy, with a private butler and access to the exclusive Taj Club Lounge on the 24th floor. Junior Suites offer a spacious 65-82sqm of space which includes an extended seating area, and features signature Taj motifs, luxurious furnishings and exquisite en-suite bathrooms. Luxury Burj View and Grand Luxury suites are located on the upper floors of the hotel and measure between 115 and 155sqm, featuring a master bedroom, en-suite bathroom, living room, office, dining room, powder room and a fully stocked pantry. The 225sqm Maharaja suite is decorated with original Indian artwork and a wall covering depicting a Moghul hunt. The suite has a large roof terrace that is ideal for entertaining guests, a spacious reception area, a dining room with a connected kitchen, and a regal master suite with a beautiful marble bathroom. The Presidential suite is a spectacular urban penthouse measuring 680sqm, featuring marble floors, panelled walls and embroidered fabrics. The suite has its own private gym, a yoga and beauty room, separate changing rooms, a reception salon with a baby grand piano, a dining room and a state-of-the-art media room.

Dining

A wide range of tastes can be enjoyed at the Taj Dubai, with each venue offering a unique combination of exotic dishes and exciting settings. Tesoro overlooks the Burj Khalifa and serves exceptional Peruvian and international dishes, and has a bar located in a sunken garden lounge. The unusually named ‘Eloquent Elephant’ is a welcoming gastro pub with a traditional rustic atmosphere and serving classic pub meals. Located on the mezzanine floor, Byzantium Lounge hosts afternoon tea, featuring sandwiches, salads, and a range of light snacks. Bombay Brasserie serves fine Indian cuisine from its central open kitchen and has a vibrant and exciting atmosphere, with low level seating and colourful décor. The Taj Club Lounge is for the exclusive use of guests staying in Taj Club rooms and in the hotel’s suites, and serves canapés and refreshments.

Leisure

The Chambers is a members-only club and is ideal for hosting meetings and conferences thanks to its exceptional business assistance and luxurious facilities. The Jiva Fitness Club has a wide range of modern exercise machines, a swimming pool and a steam sauna. Jiva Spa has four treatment rooms, a relaxation room, a consultation room and a romantic couples’ treatment room with a double soaking bath and double shower.
