Singita Boulders Lodge, situated in the private Sabi Sands Reserve, rests on the wildlife-rich banks of the Sand River. The year-round presence of Africa's famed big game is the highlight of the Lodge’s location. The Lodge has 12 spacious cottage suites with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, outdoor showers, heated plunge pools, and vast deck areas.
Castleton Camp is a new addition to the Singita lodges collection in South Africa. It is located in Sabi Sands Reserve and is comprised of a stone-walled ‘farmhouse’, three safari cottages and has a total of six rooms designed in a traditional African colonial style that creates an ambience of understated luxury. The camp can be booked as an exclusive villa, accommodating up to twelve guests at a time.
All flights land at Singita’s airstrip located 10 minutes from the lodge; 1hr flight from Johannesburg (JNB) and a 30 minute flight from Nelspruit (NLP) By car: the journey is a 2.5hr transfer from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (MQP). 6hr (500km) drive from Johannesburg and 1hr 45min from Hazyview ;Air transfers between Sabi Sands and Satara (Kruger NP) are provided by Singita – 30 minutes.
Game viewing is best during the dry and cooler winter months (June – September) when night-time temperatures may drop to 10°C.
