Park Hyatt is located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan at 153 West 57th Street and occupies the first 25 floors of the 90-strory One57 building. It is just across the street from Carnegie Hall and is a short distance from Central Park. Prestigious shopping opportunities are available on Fifth Avenue which is a short walk from the hotel. Use of a Mercedes S Class can be arranged through the concierge team and airport connections are also available.

Room sizes are relatively large compared with other offerings in New York, with many of the rooms measuring more than 49sqm. Standard Rooms are available as Park King rooms, which measure between 44 and 57sqm with work desks, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an integrated media center. Deluxe Rooms include Park Deluxe King and Park Deluxe Double Rooms, measuring between 46 and 63sqm, with modern amenities, a walk-in rain shower and soaking tub, high quality artwork and Rivolta Carmignani linen. A wide range of suites are available, each elegantly designed and offering expansive living areas. The pick of the suites include: the West Side Suites, which offer 94sqm of space and occupy the corner sections of the building with spectacular views of the city; the Park Terrace Suite, a 94sqm residential space with a large outdoor terrace and stunning views of 58th Street; Ambassador Suites, offering an expansive 150sqm space with neutral stone floors and an elegant design; and Presidential Suites, measuring 208sqm with a dining area, separate bedrooms, a living room and two large bathrooms.

The Back Room at One57 offers a wide range of dining options with a focus on American cuisine, and set in a sophisticated and intimate atmosphere. Each month will focus on a different ingredient and the menu will shift its focus across a range of meats and seafood according to the season. The Living Room is the perfect location for enjoying cocktails and champagne and is ideal for socializing. The signature crated éclair is also not to be missed.

The Atelier Nalai Spa focuses on tranquility and serenity, providing 6 treatment rooms, a spa terrace, a eucalyptus steam room, a hydrotherapy pool and a hot tub. Seasonal spa menus are available, and the treatments on offer are inspired by traditions from around the world. A 24 hour, state-of-the-art fitness center is available, complete with Technogym facilities.
