Palate Restaurant is the hotel’s main dining venue, which offers multi-course degustation menus with a different selection of dishes available each day, making use of locally sourced ingredients and the top wines from the region, and all of which is overseen by Executive Chef, Hugh Whitehouse. The Lounge provides a relaxing area with beautiful views and transforms itself into a lively venue in the evenings where guests can enjoy evening drinks and canapés.
