Hotel Castello di Casole is located in a restored 10th century castle and 4,200-acre estate in the Tuscan countryside 30 km south from Siena. The estate was beautifully restored by Timber Resorts and opened to guests in 2012.
Hotel Castello di Casole offers 41 luxurious suites ranging from studio suites in the main villa to apartment-style olive grove suites a short walk away. In addition to the suites, guests can choose from a number of other luxury and spacious accommodation options on the estate including the two-story, 3-bedroom Bargali Penthouse, the Tuscan Hotel Villas and the Farmhouses set on the estate’s hillsides, all of which are ideal for families.
Guests can try traditional Tuscan food at one of the hotel’s two restaurants. Ristorante Tosca serves classic Tuscan cuisine with a modern twist while Pazzia offers great simple Italian favorites. Bar Visconti, named after filmmaker Luchino Visconti who once lived at the Castello, is considered one of the best lounge bars in Italy.
