Location

The Hôtel du Cap is an Oetker Collection resort in Antibes, located between Nice and Cannes on the Côte d'Azur (French Riviera). The hotel is set amongst twenty-two acres of gardens and pine forest, in a pristine coastline location which enjoys views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Lérins Islands. Originally built as a private mansion, the hotel opened in 1870 and has traditionally been a favourite of film stars, especially during the annual Cannes Film Festival. In 2011, the hotel underwent a USD 67 million renovation.

Accommodation

The 118 rooms (starting at 25sqm) and suites are available in four styles (Traditional, Classic, Superior and Deluxe) with a choice of either park, rose garden or sea views. The exclusive Eden-Roc Suite, which is located atop the Eden-Roc Pavilion, offers views of the Mediterranean from a large private terrace featuring its own outdoor Jacuzzi. The two palatial villas are situated away from the main buildings and are surrounded by trees. Villa Eleana has an outdoor swimming pool while the remodeled Villa Les Cèdres has an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Dining

The Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc has a number of excellent dining venues including the Eden-Roc Restaurant, which serves a fine Mediterranean menu complemented by views of the Lérins Islands. The more informal Eden-Roc Grill & Lounge Bar offers cocktails, sushi and tapas overlooking the pool. There is also the elegant Le Bellini Bar and La Rotonde Piano Bar, with panoramas of the Mediterranean Sea.

Leisure

The hotel’s facilities include a heated overflow swimming-pool, five clay tennis courts, pétanque grounds, a Wellness & Fitness Centre and the Kid's Club which is open to younger guests in the summer.
