Dining

Much of the produce served is grown on the island itself or caught directly from the surrounding ocean. While the island does host its own restaurants and bars, dining options are not restricted to particular venues and guests are able to dine wherever they like, whether it be on a beach or in the island’s own tree-house. Sunset Cruise and Sashimi Picnic options are also available, allowing guest to enjoy an unforgettable meal at sea.

The island hosts The Rock Spa on Fregate Island, offering fitness training in an air-conditioned gym, yoga sessions and relaxation treatments for the mind, body and soul. Nature plays an important role on the island, and the island's flora and fauna is diverse, the most impressive of this being the giant tortoises that roam the island. There is also much to see in the waters around the island, and scuba diving by day or night is available with PADI certified diving courses offered at all levels.
