Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is a new flagship property for Four Seasons in the city where the brand and chain first began.
The hotel is located in a modern 55-floor complex in Toronto’s fashionable Yorkville district, north of Canada’s financial center on Bay Street. Just around the corner from the hotel is Bloor Street, which offers high-end fashion stores.
The Four Seasons’ complex contains 259 spacious guest rooms and suites, and 210 private condo suites. It was designed by the international design house, Yabu Pushelberg, in a sleek contemporary style. Rooms are equipped with iPads which guests can use to order room service or to book treatments in the hotel's luxury spa.
The hotel has two dining venues, Café Boulud and dbar, both from Michelin-starred chef, Daniel Boulud. Café Boulud offers classic French cuisine with a contemporary touch. Right below Café Boulud is dbar, a casual yet sophisticated bar and lounge.
The first Four Seasons Spa in Canada, and the biggest in the chain, covers 2,787 sqm (30,000 square feet) on the 9th floor of the hotel. The Spa offers 17 treatment rooms, two steam rooms, and a hair salon. The spa adjoins the indoor relaxation pool, whirlpool, and an outdoor terrace overlooking Toronto. A 325 sqm (3,500 sq. ft.) fitness center is located on the 8th floor.
