Location

Opened in August 2013, the Four Seasons at Lions Palace St Petersburg is housed in the beautifully restored 19th-century Lion Palace, former home to Princess Lobanova-Rostovskaya. The hotel’s location is excellent – in the historic centre of St Petersburg next to Alexandrovsky Garden, just two blocks from the Hermitage Museum and close to Nevsky Prospekt.

Rooms

The Four Seasons has 151 guest rooms (36-56sqm) and 26 suites (from 57sqm) which are among the most spacious in St. Petersburg. They feature high ceilings, large windows and offer views of the Alexandrovsky Garden and the Admiralty building to the north; and St. Isaac’s Cathedral, St. Isaac’s Square and the statue of Tsar Nicholas I to the south.

Rooms

on the 5th floor offer personal rooftop terraces overlooking St. Isaac’s Cathedral.

Dining

The hotel has two signature restaurants including Sintoho, offering modern Japanese cuisine, and Percorso, serving contemporary Italian dishes. The Tea Lounge is housed in the new Winter Garden, a glass-enclosed courtyard with trees and flowers, while Xander Bar serves traditional zakuskis (Russian hors d’oeuvres), champagne by the glass and cigars and cognac.

Leisure Facilities

There is a four-level luxury spa with eight spa treatment rooms, a fitness centre, a glass roofed relaxation pool on the spa’s top level, a dry sauna and a traditional Russian sauna.

Getting There

The Four Seasons Hotel is 20km (45-60 minutes drive) from Pulkovo Sankt Petersburg Airport (LED).
